Welcome!

May is Mental Health Awareness Month
Refilling the Cup
In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, we want to center your voice and well-being Peer support is deeply rewarding but also demanding, as we often use our own lived experience to anchor others. To sustain this workforce, it is vital to have a “brave place” where you can vent, ask questions, and be there for one another.
Remember: We need definitive space away from those we support so we can fulfill our own need and recharge. What helps you refill your cup? We invite you to share your ideas for healing practices or topics that deserve space in our community conversations.

Prioritize Sleep: Aim for 7-8 hours of quality sleep each night. Establish a relaxing bedtime routine to wind down and ensure a restful slumber.
Hydration is Key: Our bodies are mostly water, so staying hydrated is crucial for optimal function. Carry a reusable water bottle and sip throughout the day to keep your energy levels up.
Move Your Body: Even moderate exercise can significantly boost your energy. Aim for at least 30 minutes of movement most days of the week. Take a brisk walk outside, try a new fitness class, or dust off your bike for a ride in the spring sunshine!
